HARRISBURG – Rep. Leslie Rossi (R-Westmoreland) announced today $3.25 million in state funding for vital improvement projects in the 59th Legislative District. The funding is made available through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), which is aimed at enhancing regional economic, cultural, civic and recreational initiatives.
